I have developed this website to allow you to get to know our products and services, as well as make all of our information available to you 24 hours a day .  I will continue to add product and information to this site on a regular basis so if you don't find what you're looking for please check back often.

My name is Joyce South. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and my practice is centered on CranioSacral Therapy, which I learned from the Upledger Foundation.  Before I became a massage therapist, I worked for 5 1/2 years helping people with learning difficulties using Educational Kinesiology (Brain Gym) and assisted with health problems using Touch for Health techniques. I have always believed that nutrition is a huge key to health and wellness, and that Organic foods and juice , Natural Supplements, Herbal remedies and Homeopathics can strengthen our immune system without harmful chemicals and drugs.  Developing a Positive Attitude is essential to assist those who suffer with Anxiety and Panic.  

I have been actively working in the holistic health care field for 21 years and the products and information I have placed on my site have come because of the physical and emotional problems that I have had most of my life.  Because of my own experiences I have been able to give many people hope and encouragement.  For a more detailed history I invite you to visit me at MY LITE AND JOY BLOG.
